Role Summary
Attract new clearing and execution clients to Marex
Contribute to the growth the APAC Clearing footprint and identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm
Assist the firm with its offering in electronic trading and clearing services
Overall Responsibilities
P&L Responsibilities:
Introduce new clearing and execution clients to Marex
Responsible for identification of opportunities with new clients and most efficient setup for the clients
Monitor and maintain client performance, revenue, returns and risk reviews
Client Management:
Effectively manage client relationships and act as the point of escalation
Keep clients up to date with market trends and developments
Act in accordance with company policies and procedures
To promote cross-division and cross-region sales to existing and prospective clients
To assist the risk division in prudent risk management of all financial clearing clients
Standard Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the MAS.
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
At all times complying with Marex's Code of Conduct.
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in selling to and servicing clients that use clearing, execution and prime brokerage services
Extensive knowledge of the underlying products at Marex within the financials execution and clearing remit
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
