The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled APAC Procurement Lead to join our team as the Sr. Procurement Manager for a Regional client-account. As the single point of contact for the CBRE Regional Account, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing the execution of procurement activities for the client-account.

A typical day may involve

Managing multiple categories and services, including:

  • Developing and executing sourcing and category management strategies

  • Implementing standardized systems and controls for procurement

  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with regional suppliers/contractors

  • Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

  • Analyzing and interpreting procurement data to inform business decisions

  • Identifying and mitigating procurement risks and opportunities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Developing and executing procurement strategies that drive commercial and strategic advantage, including:

  • Creating and executing RFPs and tenders

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers

  • Managing supplier relationships and performance

  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives

  • Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures

Managing and maintaining procurement systems and tools, including:

  • E-procurement platforms

  • Contracts management systems

  • Reporting and analytics tools

  • Other procurement-related software and systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

  • MBA / CIPS / CPP / Diploma in Supply Chain Management (nice to have)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Experience with e-procurement and contracts management platforms

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
