Kuehne+Nagel National Human Resources Total Rewards Partner in Singapore, Singapore

The Total Rewards Partner at the national level is responsible for implementing and managing reward processes within the respective geography (country or cluster of countries). This role acts as the primary contact within the local organization, addressing knowledge gaps, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and adapting global TR strategies to fit the national context.

Your Role

The Total Rewards Partner will coordinate with the Global TR Partner and the Global TR Expert to effectively roll out changes and support local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

ProcessSteering & Management:

  • Implement and manage reward processes within therespective geography.

  • Ensurelocal processes align with global standards and execute localimplementation plans.

  • Captureand address day-to-day requests related to TR analysis, job evaluation,international transfer analysis, and STI calculation/calibration from theCenter of Excellence (COE).

  • Ensuretax compliance within the Share Matching Plan (SMP).

  • Administer the bonus calculation process and plan assignments for all employees within the geography.

ExpertAdvice:

  • Act as the primary contact within the localorganization for TR-related issues.

  • Providefirst-level support to local stakeholders and escalate issues whennecessary.

  • Providetraining and guidance to local HR teams on TR processes and policies.

  • Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of local market data to inform and adjust TR practices accordingly.

Change &Implementation Management:

  • Coordinate with the Global TR Partner to effectivelyroll out changes in the country/countries.

  • Supportlocal HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.

  • Ensurecompliance with local regulations and standards.

  • Analyzedeviations from the global blueprint and ensure necessary localadaptations.

  • Collectfeedback from local stakeholders and provide insights to the Global TRManager.

  • Suggest improvements based on local needs and regulatory changes.

Success KPIs:

  • TR Blueprint initiatives implemented without deviation.

  • Numberof requests and demands from the business successfully addressed.

  • Responsetime and satisfaction ratings from local stakeholders.

  • Effectivemanagement and alignment with local market trends.

  • Process managementaccording to the defined deliverables and timeline.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelors/ First University Degree BusinessAdministration / Finance

  • ProfessionalCertification CCPor GRP

  • At least 3-5 years experience in Human Resources

  • At least 3-5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum2 to 3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in C&B , Finance orother related areas in a global complex organization.

  • Atleast 3 years work experience in a C&B role required.

  • Solid financial background including understandingof legal, tax and employment legislation topics.

  • Stronganalytical skills with ability to deal with, synthesize and simplify largeamount of data.

  • Advancedskills in MS Office (in particular Excel).
