Reception
● Greet office visitors and ensure proper check-in (including visitor badges).
● Proactively assist visitors by providing resources, refreshments and answering questions
● Collaborate with Corporate Security to plan smooth check-in experiences for VIP and event guests.
● Work with internal teams (e.g., Corporate Security, Events) to ensure adherence to visitor policies.
● Maintain reception equipment in good working order (iPads, screens, telephones, etc.).
● Order and restock office supplies as needed.
● Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly reception area.
● Store luggage and coats according to site protocol.
● Validate parking and support parking equipment as needed.
● Answer telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
● Ensure approved music playlists are used.
● Manage the audit process for lost and found items exceeding the designated retention period.
● Manage all approved literature and magazines in the reception area.
● Manage any promotional items or employee recognition items as required.
● Manage incoming mail and assist with outgoing mail as needed.
● Ensure timely submission of relevant invoices.
● Be flexible to take on ad hoc tasks
Customer support:
● Ensure prompt and positive responses aligned with Client’s expectations of customer support and protocol to office incidents and requests
● Ensure all tickets are answered within the SLAs, respond to, and manage all tier 1 tickets, ensure tier 2 and tier 3 Jira tickets are appropriately triaged within the SLA
● Monitor Slack channel and respond promptly addressing the matter.
● Act as a point of contact for clients seeking help navigating all aspects of their workplace; both in-person and by email/Slack
Requirement :
● High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
● Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
● Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Offi ce products and Gsuites.
● Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
