Job Summary: The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, helping fill inventory, and notifyingsupervisors when inventory is low. Your job is to help with the everyday process of running the clothing closet. This role is vital to our program to allow everything to run smoothly. The Inventory Clerk will report to TheDonation Team Lead and The Closet Team Lead.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Entering and maintaining inventory records.
• Responsible for counting and updating inventory count when putting inventory away.
• Performing inventory audits.
• Communicating inventory needs on a weekly basis to the supervisor.

Preparing and filling inventory:

• Helping prepare items to be ready to go to the floor.
• Taking Inventory to the floor and placing them into the correct locations.
• Help with keeping inventory neat and organized.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Use of computers for various applications such as POS and google docs.
• Operate office equipment such as copiers and phone systems.
• Ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma.
• Experience is not required. Training will be provided.
• Will need to be able to pass a background check and be in good standing with the department of childprotective services.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing while performing job duties.
• Physically, must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move upto 75 lb.

Work Schedule:

• This job is a part time position
• You will be required to work 12 - 15 hours per week.
• You will be required to work 2 set days a week and 1-2 Saturdays a month. Days and hours will bedetermined at the time of hire.
• During busy times additional hour(s) can be approved by Directors approval.
