Description

• Conduct courthouse searches at Register of Deeds and Treasurer offices to obtain property records and legal documents

• Customer service - answer phone calls, address inquiries related to file progression, title products, etc

• Provide strong communication with clients and stakeholders

• Prepare mailings, and new orders received

• Perform scanning and digital recordkeeping tasks to maintain organized and secure files

• Verify and examine titles, ensure accuracy and compliance

• Ensure all legal descriptions, marital status, notary accuracy match

• Ensure titles are free from restrictions or encumbrances that may hinder sales or usage

• Finalize final title insurance policies for both commercial and residential real estate transactions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
