As Director, Center of Excellence and Operational Procurement, you are responsible of the below:

  • Develop the sourcing execution and contract management strategy by leading regional heads for sourcing execution and contract management. Ensure accomplishment of the source to contract goals by defining needs, researching the market, running sourcing events, vetting suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

  • Lead and manage Data and Analytics related to spend, contract, compliance, value tracking &reporting, cost modeling and category specifics. Establish analytics, metrics and mechanisms to monitor and measure performance and success. Ensure relevant data and analytics to build the category strategy, sourcing strategy and Supplier Segmentation Model. Lead reporting governance and financial analysis.

  • Risk and Compliance management: Oversees risk control, consortium buying, supplier compliance management. Preaches process compliance in the process execution.

  • Procurement excellence: Capability definition, knowledge management, training, process and organization management. Responsible for disseminating knowledge in the form of best practices, looking for opportunities to promote collaboration across category teams and clear processes, methodologies, and models. Focus on enabling innovation and continuous improvement. Oversees and counsels on for process redesign, homogenization and transformation. Provides benchmark and best practices to teams and turns them into procurement and supplier efficiency opportunities. Establishes best practices backed up by industry research and identifies areas of training.

  • Deliver sourcing results, legal and contractual solutions, improve compliance, deploy risk management solutions and build digital procurement solutions

  • Responsible for all the operational procurement processes, aiming standarization, automation and processes efficiencies ensuring an optimal service delivery

  • Sustain the organization day to day business operations and accountable for the insource and outsource full end to end delivered accross all regions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in procurement leadership roles within multinational organizations.

  • Proven track record in leading procurement transformation, digitalization, and process optimization.

  • Strong expertise in operational procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.

  • Knowledge of procurement technologies and data analytics tools.

  • Drive for results and strong business/ financial accument.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
