ICON Clinical Research HR Technology Lead in Sofia, Bulgaria

HR Technology Lead - Ireland, Dublin

We are currently seeking an HR Technology Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. The HR Technology Lead will be responsible for the deployment of new technology and will act as a change agent on these implementations. They will oversee and manage small to large complex project of enhancement to existing technology including design, planning, problem solving and implementation. They will partner with key customers to increase engagement with Workday and maximize its value within the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create, execute, and adapt project plans within budget and agreed timeframes.

  • Lead regular operations meetings within the HR Technology team and project groups, building repeatable processes and documentation.

  • Serve as an escalation point for HR Technology issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

  • Lead strategic projects, including acquisitions, re-organizations, and new service lines.

  • Develop clear processes for managing Workday Upgrades and assess "Opt In" enhancements.

  • Occasional domestic and international travel (approximately 5%).

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree in Business or Technology is preferred.

  • Experience in HR technology deployment, including acting as a change agent on technology implementations.

  • Proven expertise in creating, executing, and adapting project plans within budget and agreed timeframes.

  • Track record of successfully leading strategic projects, such as acquisitions, re-organizations, and the introduction of new service lines.

  • Proficiency in developing clear processes for managing technology upgrades, including assessing "Opt In" enhancements.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%), both domestically and internationally.
