SHI Associate Project Manager - B2B Onboarding in Somerset, New Jersey
Job Summary
The Associate Project Manager initiates the onboarding of B2B integration projects, supports high-volume activities, and keeps clients and internal SHI teams/stakeholders aware of upcoming milestones and open items. The specialist also adjusts the implementation schedule to accommodate last-minute changes, urgent requests, and changing priorities.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Guide and educate clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders about the integration process and service catalog options and costs
Host stakeholder calls for new onboarding projects
Track activities, assignments, due dates, baselines, change requests, and completion of new integration projects
Provide implementation project status updates to stakeholders
Escalate client issues, project delays, and other timeline changes
Ensure completion of implementation workflow steps
Maintain and update team processes and documents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of client-facing experience
2+ years of project management experience
Required Skills
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Proficiency in Asana and MS Office tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of determining and managing priorities, goals, objectives, and deadlines
Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Good research skills and the ability to manage details
Excellent organization and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
Additional experience within the B2B
Analytics, dashboards, reports, presentations
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
