We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing incoming customer inquiries, data entry, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze situations effectively. ***only considering candidates who live in or are relocating to the MA area*** Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback. Handle financial transactions and internal weekly commission reports accurately and efficiently. Assist the Sales and Installation Department daily. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers at all times. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues, as necessary. Experience: Previous customer service experience. Has worked in a fast-paced environment. Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions in a timely manner. Multilingual abilities are highly valued and can enhance your candidacy for this position.
