Responsibilities:

The Manager, Member Engagement is responsible for the oversight of the Wellness Center Administrators and Wellness Center strategy development and execution.;

Additional areas of responsibility include:;

Monitor enrollment trends and advise local leadership team and develop initiatives to mitigate risks regarding voluntary and involuntary disenrollment.

Monitoring members satisfaction survey responses as well as data from Member/Community Advisory Committees to guide outreach and engagement strategies.

Uses demographic mapping, analytics for distribution of culturally and linguistically appropriate print and web-based communication with members designed to meet regulatory and accreditation requirement, and member health education needs.;

  • Manages positions to monitor and/or support state initiatives or contractual requirements and member satisfaction.;

  • Manage operational functions, including the review process of all member materials, premium items, and activities.

  • Conducts ongoing training to Community Educators and other internal staff related to continuous improvement for members.

  • Assists with the development and ongoing review of value-added benefits for members.;

  • Assists and works with Quality Improvement in clinical projects/programs under Company or Corporate foundation for HEDIS support and outcomes.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to travel within assigned communities. Valid driver’s license and access to an adequately insured vehicle (per state requirements) required Additional licenses, if/as required by the state.

  • 3 to 5 years experience understanding of Medicare/Medicaid operations -benefit administration.

Other Skills:

  • Proven experience in navigating relationships in a matrixed organization.

  • Public speaking and client presentations.
