Providence St. Joseph Health Clinical Liaison RN (Home Infusion) Spokane Valley, Washington
Description This position will be supporting the Sacred Heart Medical Center and Holy Family Hospital. The Home Infusion Clinical Liaison position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive referral relationships in order to increase Home Infusion Referrals within assigned accounts. This role includes working with discharge planners, facility staff, physicians, and other individuals to assess appropriateness home infusion, facilitate patient care transitions onto service and ensure there is appropriate documentation for ordered infusion therapy. Consultative functions include, but are not limited to: providing consultation and informational presentations regarding home infusion therapy, and serving as a clinical resource and educator for ordering providers, facility staff, patients, families on Home Infusion Therapy. Required Qualifications: Education sufficient for licensure Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year full-time experience in clinical role Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Liaison, marketing or sales experience. Health care industry experience. Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience. Epic EMR experience. Why Join Providence?
