This position will own go to market strategy for the RFID portfolio in North America markets, represent voice of North America through ALM and PAC processes, assist on go to market readiness for key product/solution launches, and provide strategic sales support.
This remote role must reside in the US with the ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities:
LEAD STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO PLANNING
Identify & drive investment priorities & portfolio strategies by BU aligned with NA needs
Own & maintain 0–30-month roadmap, Quarterly alignment with BU strategic planning
Drive North America revenue forecast alignment with NA leadership, BU and Finance
Create & drive cross functional go to market strategies with NA Sales, Channel, Marketing, and BU
REPRESENT VOICE OF NA THROUGH ALM, PAC and PLMK PROCESSES (EXECUTION OF STRATEGY)
VoC throughout PAC processes in ALM/PLM frameworks – identify, prioritize, and drive NA regional product requirements
Ensure product definition & timely solution deliverables.
Identify and prioritize unique NA region product and solution requirements. This includes personas, use cases, business case, features, software, and accessories.
Provide MRD & PRD input during ALM and PLM processes.
NA sales approval point for assigned programs– ensure alignment with key stakeholders
ASSIST ON GTM READINESS FOR KEY PRODUCT/SOLUTION LAUNCHES
Focus on product & solution readiness as trusted advisor to channel and vertical market leads.
Ensure that features committed are delivered as planned, utilizing RPM SOS Big Rules Framework
Quantify impact to NA sales when delayed
Drive awareness and report status with NA sales leadership
STRATEGIC SALES SUPPORT
Provide domain knowledge & expertise via engagements with strategic customers and partners.
Maintain / publish sales enablement tools such as roadmaps on quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8 + years of relevant customer/partner or supplier experience mapping technical solutions to customer requirements and identifying pain points for those requirements to be documented and mapped to a return on investment
Familiarity with RFID and Location Solutions (please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience) required for external applicants, willing to be flexible on this for internal applicants
Must reside in the US with the ability to travel 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated understanding of how products/solutions arrive, mature, and exit the market
Stellar presentation skills presenting to end-user customers, partner audiences and internal stakeholders at the C-level
The ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with customer and partner reasoning for on premises and cloud architecture adoption
Familiarity with Zebra Professional Services business models and 3rd party partner (ISV/IHV/Integrator/Reseller) communities
Bachelors or Advanced degree highly preferred
Experience in product/solution planning, specifically in assessing market needs, prioritizing, mapping, and negotiating technical features
Fluency in Microsoft office products and PowerBI

Salary: USD 141300.00 - USD 211900.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
