Physical Therapist Job Category: Professional Requisition Number: PHYSI005621 Part-Time Early Intervention Springfield, MA 01107, USA Job Details Description The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments with other members of the Early Intervention team in the greater Springfield area at the client\'s homes. You will be providing treatment plans/strategies and direct treatment for children with motor delays. The Physical Therapist will be a part of a dedicated, supportive and exceptional team. You will also have the chance to work with a family centered model. There will also be regularly scheduled supervision with supervisors to continually support personal and career growth that can eventually offer advancement within CHD\'s various 50+ programs.
