Thurston Medical Clinic is a busy, well-established practice, with a tightknit team of providers who care for patients of all ages and a focus on ensuring the highest patient level outcomes. We are seeking a passionateFamily Medicine Nurse PractitionerorPhysician Assistantwho has an interest in delivering high quality care within a team-driven environment.
Benefit Highlights:
Compensation:$141,000 - $145,000 base salary
Production Compensation up to $220,000/year
4 day workweek
Up to $10,000 Relocation
Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
