Calling all A/R Managers!! Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you have leadership experience, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment? If so, we need you! You MUST have a bachelor's degree for this position, and this company has advancement opportunites and great benefits. Business to Business Collections experience is required.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

Download cash receipt reports from the bank website. Oversee the cash application process in SAP. Ensure cash is

applied accurately by the end of each day.

Oversee the collection process. Develop a relationship with our top customers - get to know the accounting managers and

AP staff at those companies.

Run an aging report regularly and verify the collection specialists are making the appropriate number of collection calls

and emails. Use customers' web portals to view invoice status and payment information. Conduct weekly meetings with

the AR staff to discuss past-due accounts and any collection issues. Assist with collection calls when needed, especially

calls to our top customers and calls to problem customers. It will be necessary to regularly assist AR staff with problem

accounts. This will include letters, emails, and phone calls.

Research invoice deductions and communicate with operations and sales about these transactions as needed. Work to

minimize deduction write-offs. If deductions are not approved, give the information to the AR Specialist so they can

contact the customer and request re-payment.
