Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team in ST. LOUIS, Missouri, 63131, United States. In this role, you will be representing clients in various litigation matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant laws. This role is crucial in our ongoing mission to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including but not limited to business disputes, governmental entities litigation, appellate practices, and insurance law-related cases

• Draft and review legal documents such as depositions, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses

• Argue motions effectively and conduct trials

• Provide legal advice to clients and consult on the legal implications of various decisions and strategies

• Continually update knowledge on relevant laws, legal articles, and legal codes

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to maintain a coherent and strategic approach in all cases

• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.

This role requires you to deploy your skills in areas such as Litigation Attorney, Licensed Attorney, Defense Litigation, Defense-Side, Insurance Defense, Insurance Defense Litigation, Litigation - Defense, Depositions, Deposition Summary, Attend Hearings, and Court Hearings. Requirements • Must hold a valid license as an Attorney

• Proven experience in Litigation Attorney roles

• Specialized knowledge of Defense Litigation

• Familiarity with Defense-Side litigation

• Expertise in Insurance Defense

• Proficiency in Insurance Defense Litigation

• Experience in Litigation - Defense

• Proven ability to conduct Depositions and Deposition Summary

• Capacity to Attend Hearings and Court Hearings

• Ability to handle Prehearing tasks effectively

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity

• Must be willing to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
