Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will be working closely with both business and IT teams for a hybrid opportunity in St. Louis!

Day to Day responsibilities include:

• Liaison between technical groups and the business

• Interact and handle different groups with competing needs

• Requirements definition and elicitation

• Ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable

• Provide constructive feedback on projects

• Independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories

• Recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems

• Recognize up/downstream dependencies

• Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes and action items

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Business or Business Systems Analyst

• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile environments preferred

• Ability to create a business process model (diagram) representing current and future processes

• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
