Reporting to the VP Lifespark Experience, the Product Manager is responsible for product evolution focused on continuous improvement of our service delivery to support growth and member experience. This position works closely with both clinical and non-clinical leaders and teams to craft strategy, deliver operational performance, promote clinical efficiency, and quality. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Five (5) or more years in operations in health systems, clinics, care management or health care delivery. Three (3) or more years leading teams or projects, demonstrated ability to deliver successful results across multiple complex workstreams and functional areas in a changing environment. Demonstrated experience and success in collaboration with multi-functional matrixed teams. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to influence results, garner support and tactfully manage complex relationships and influences within and across the organization. Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align strategies and recommendations with business objectives to deliver results. Experience in product or service design and leading product development or innovation Knowledge of innovators and contemporary care models in the market - advanced primary care, health or hospital at home, care management or end of life care.
