Job Summary: As the Assistant Director, you will provide leadership in the development, direction and integration of our programs. You will also provide leadership in the development, coaching, and mentoring of our staff. As the Assistant Director, you will serve as one of the team leaders and collaboratively ensure implementation of the Older Adults Strategy. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or at least 7 years in volunteer management and/or nonprofit program management Experience in older adult services, program development, program compliance, and community collaboration/outreach Knowledge of provisions of service for older persons and children, and training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership is preferred.
