Description

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to assist our client with open enrollment processes. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients during the Open Enrollment period to ensure a smooth process

• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now

• Handle inquiries related to benefits and provide timely resolutions

• Monitor and manage client accounts, taking necessary action based on account status

• Ensure all customer records are accurately maintained and updated regularly

• Collaborate with the team to optimize benefit processes and improve client satisfaction

• Leverage your skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of benefit operations

• Stay updated with changes in benefit regulations and ensure compliance in all processes

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline benefits administration

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the retail industry.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Benefit Functions.

• Experience in managing Open Enrollment processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to analyze data and provide insights.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
