Position: Student Help Desk Support Assistant Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 700480 - Summer '25 # of Openings: 3 Student Help Desk Support Assistant This will be a seasonal role for the summer semester of 2025. Employment will be from April 30, 2025 - Sept 1, 2025. If there are openings come Fall 2025 semester, the employment may continue past Sept 1, 2025. Preference will go toward applicants that can work at least 10 hours a week and have availability in the afternoons, early evenings (until 6 PM) and occasional weekends. Position Overview: The Help Desk Student Employee position serves as the first point of contact for all technology questions and concerns. The role provides friendly and efficient service and plays an important role in promoting the IT Department's mission of serving the campus. Essential Duties: Provide technical support to CSP users by answering emails, phone calls, and in person inquiries in a timely manner. Inform CSP users of products and services offered by CSP Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory service Direct escalated issues to the appropriate teams via ticketing system. Participate in team building activities with fellow staff members and student employees.
