POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversee the overall Quality function of NPI (New Product Introduction) Quality Team. Ensuring that the whole NPI teamis in complianceto the New Programs Management Procedure and New Product Manufacturing Procedure. Define and Drive actions to achieved the NPI QA KPI. Provide direction setting to direct reports. Represents QA NPI team on Management Meeting and discussions such as NPI RAG (Red, Amber, Green), NUDD, Kick-off , EVT/DVT/IMP Exit review’s, Gate 6 reviews, Q-rev, others

KNOWLEDGE :

1.Competent in problem solving tools such as 8D methodology

2.Knowledge of customer specific requirements

3.Competent in quality tools, and process/production control methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any engineeringcourse

2. At least5yearsexperience in Manufacturing preferably in Quality
