PCI Pharma Services Production Planner in Stamullen Co. Meath, Ireland

We are looking for Production Planner to join our team in Stamullen, Co Meath.

  • Utilise our ERP System to Manage the life Cycle of Work Orders from Creation to Closure.

  • Ensure that Item master performance data sets for all SKUs are correct on our ERP System

  • Generate and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.

  • Liaise with the production team regarding the production plan and delivery dates required to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with KAMS, Purchasing, and production to meet Customer Delivery dates

  • Analyse production capacity, material availability, and resource allocation to optimise production efficiency.

  • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and components needed for production.

  • Monitor production progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks; develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimise disruptions.

  • Work closely with production management to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.

  • Communicate production schedules, priorities, and changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve production planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Ensure Real time updates to our ERP System

  • Action and update all System exception Messages

  • Generate reports and performance metrics to track production performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
