Pro Staff is hiring a Production Molder in Staples, MN, to work for an industry leader in rubber manufacturing. Schedules available: 1st shift: 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday | $16.00/hr. 2nd shift: 4pm - 2am, Monday - Thursday | $16.75/hr. That's right, 3-day weekend every week! Production Molder essential tasks: Help in the quality creation of product by following the work instructions of each part. Make sure the correct material, tools, and press settings are being used. Learn and understand the correct measurements for weighing material. Inspect parts, trim parts if needed, and accurately count parts for boxing.
