Controller -- 108219

Do you have an accounting or financial background? Are you organized and accurate with numbers and reporting? Our client is seeking a highly-skilled and detailed individual to join their team as a Controller.  As the Controller, you will define the financial strategies, and work with the CEO and management to execute these and ensure company sustainability and growth.

*Schedule: Full-time

*Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,0000

*This is a direct hire position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Know and follow all applicable HSE policies and procedures, including Hazard ID's and JSA's

-Report all incidents, accidents, near misses, and potential problems in a timely manner per policy

-Primary Responsibility for all financial legal requirements as they pertain to facility

-Strategic business plan and objectives

-Profitability analysis of different business unit used for decision making, and investment - Management of financial resources according to groups overall directives

-Interaction with Operational Team to ensure efficiency

-Participation in New Business activities

-Profit/Loss

-Establishing percentages of investments made during the year

-Accurate and timely reporting

-Aging reporting

Qualifications:

-Active CPA Preferred

-Master's Degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Business Management)

-At least 10 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing field

-Proficient computer skills
