ManpowerGroup Quality Tech/Auditor in Statesville, North Carolina
Our client is looking for a hardworking, motivated, experienced Quality Tech/Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate must be willing to train and grow! This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying non-conformances, and recommending corrective actions. Location: Statesville, NC
Pay: $18 -22/hr.
Hours: 2nd Shift – 4pm – 12am
What’s the Job?
Conduct Audits, perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant regulations.
Identify Non-Conformances, identify areas where processes, products, or services deviate from established quality standards.
Document Findings, maintain detailed records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Report and Communicate, prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, highlighting non-conformances and recommending solutions.
Corrective Action, work with relevant departments to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control policies, procedures, and training materials.
Analyses audit data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Work with various departments.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or 2-year Associates Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
Experience in auditing, inspections, and quality control checks.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Familiarity with quality management standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar is highly valued.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important.
