Our client is looking for a hardworking, motivated, experienced Quality Tech/Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate must be willing to train and grow! This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying non-conformances, and recommending corrective actions. Location: Statesville, NC

Pay: $18 -22/hr.

Hours: 2nd Shift – 4pm – 12am

What’s the Job?

• Conduct Audits, perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant regulations.

• Identify Non-Conformances, identify areas where processes, products, or services deviate from established quality standards.

• Document Findings, maintain detailed records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions.

• Report and Communicate, prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, highlighting non-conformances and recommending solutions.

• Corrective Action, work with relevant departments to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control policies, procedures, and training materials.

• Analyses audit data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Work with various departments.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or 2-year Associates Degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role.

• Experience in auditing, inspections, and quality control checks.

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools.

• Familiarity with quality management standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar is highly valued.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important.
