Job description: Workers will be expected to strip rooms of all linens and garbage and re-make/clean the room in an organized manner. High standards for cleaning at a hotel level of service. Replace light bulbs, Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses, Dust and polish furniture and equipment, Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items, Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy, Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers, Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas, Hang draperies and dust window blinds.

Experience Requirement: 6 months of experience

Education Requirement: no level of education required

Training or Certification Requirement: no training required

Special Requirements of the job: Must be able to communicate with supervisors and peers

On-The-Job Training Provided: 1 month on-the-job training

Short term luxury rentals

Hours Per Week: 40, Overtime Available

Frequency of Pay: Workers will be paid biweekly.

Days and Shifts: Shift is 9:30AM-5:30PM, Sunday-Friday.

Hourly Wage: \$18.00 dollars per hour, Overtime is available at \$27.00 per hour

Pay Period: We will use a single workweek as our standard for computing wages due.

Housing: The company will pay for optional local housing. If the employee decides to take part in the optional housing, the individual will be charged \$100.00 per week to subsidize the housing cost.

Transportation: The employer will provide transportation to and from the worksite if necessary

Disclosures: Visa Fees: The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). Employer will make all deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. We will use a single workweek as our standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid biweekly.

The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order. The employee will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation to and from the United States if the employee completes 50% of the period of employment (if the employee is coming from outside of the United States).The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government or incurred by the H-2B worker.

The employer will provide transpor ation to and from the worksite if necessary. The employer will provide or pay for the worker\'s cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period. The employer will make all deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law.

Tools: The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
