Machine Operator

Job Description:

A leading manufacturer of quality pipe products, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Sultan, Washington. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain various types of machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. Job duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery, including hand tools, grinders, deburring equipment, and CNC machines.

• Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

• Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures).

• Ensure parts meet quality standards, including grinding, smoothing, and deburring processes.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Assist in the preparation of parts for their final processes.

• Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.

Shifts & Hours:

• 1 st shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:00am - 3:30pm

• 2 nd shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am

• Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun, 4:00am - 5:00pm (36 hours, paid for 40 if full 36 worked)

• Overtime available on Fridays.

Environment:

• Tough, gritty, noisy work with heavy metal parts

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr.
