LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) is LinkedIn’s largest business unit. LTS provides intelligent tools - such as Recruiter, LinkedIn Jobs and Talent Insights - and unique insights that empower companies to identify, engage and acquire the most qualified talent and build winning teams.

The Integrated Marketing Team is responsible for empowering the talent acquisition audience and customer base to be more successful in their jobs, accelerating revenue for LinkedIn and deepening LinkedIn’s relationship with key decision makers.

As a Marketing Manager on the Integrated Marketing team, you’ll lead and support global marketing initiatives to improve LTS’s brand perception with key audience segments and drive customer engagement and awareness of major LTS products and solutions. In this highly cross-functional role – partnering with teams like Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Activation, and Regional Marketing – you’ll be responsible for developing go-to-market plans that position LTS as a trusted and strategic partner to our customers, keep customers informed about product launches and help them get value from LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market product launches for customers and drive ongoing engagement with our global customer base via full-funnel content and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Own customer marketing content, audience and creative strategy development for campaigns alongside scaled customer marketing team, regional partners, field activation and agency partners.

  • Input into broader brand strategy work to determine how we communicate what we stand for and improve brand perception with priority audiences.

  • Manage projects to delivery within budget, ensuring timelines are met and key stakeholders are involved.

  • Analyze performance and share insights and learnings with leadership and partners to help improve future marketing programs.

  • Employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase content & campaign effectiveness

  • Keep up-to-date with product, customer and field insights to build customer empathy and proactively adapt to emergent business and customer needs

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex work streams with multiple stakeholders while consistently delivering results

  • Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively

  • Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives

  • Ability to develop and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web, paid media and email

  • Strong analytical skills and track record of measuring and optimizing marketing programs

  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Agile and willing to flex focus areas and projects as business needs shift

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $97,000 - $151,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
