Our client, an Affordable Housing Residential Community is seeking a Maintenance tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech , you will be part of the property management supporting the Property Management The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and team player supporting the needs of the residents and team members which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Residential Property

Location: Sunnyvale CA

Pay Range: 25-29 hr. doe

Monday-Friday 1st shift

What’s the Job?

• Ability to do unit turns/make readies - includes cleaning, painting, potential appliance repair/installation

• Basic electrical work (replace lights, ballasts, switches, similar)

• Basic plumbing work (garbage disposal replacement, unclogging toilets, identifying and hopefully stopping small water intrusion - can identify when something needs a vendor, etc)

• Can and willing to clean all public areas, including indoor/outdoor, common spaces, public restrooms, trash, etc

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role and environment

• Experience with Yardi or similar programs for work order management

• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing

• HS Diploma or GED
