**Production Manager

Job Overview: Join our team as a Production Manager at EMA Electromechanics, Inc, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, implementing process improvements, and optimizing plant operations.

Duties: - Experience manufacturing MV and HV electric equipment. - Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes. - Manage supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Utilize MRP systems for effective inventory management and production planning. - Oversee operations management to meet production targets and quality standards. - Conduct quality control inspections to uphold product excellence. - Collaborate with teams to fabricate products according to specifications. - Lead plant management initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Drive process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing operations. - Develop and execute production planning strategies to meet demand.

Qualifications: - Experience with IEC and ANSI norms. - Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques. - Proficiency in supply chain management and MRP systems. - Demonstrated expertise in operations management and quality control practices. - Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. - Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
