Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field / proven experience in compensation and benefits or perhaps data analysis.

Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value to our clients.
