The Associate Director is a senior admission officer who provides strategic direction and oversight of the University 100 and student engagement programs. As a representative of Syracuse University, the Associate Director will seek to identify, attract, and enroll candidates for admission who contribute to Syracuse University's mission. The associate director will also manage the University 100 ambassador program, supporting programs that engage and inform all campus visitors. In addition, the associate director will act as a thought partner and strategic leader in the development of strategic recruitment and outreach initiatives including the development of partnership visit programs and develop strategies to strengthen the engagement of current students in recruitment. Finally, the associate director will supervise student employees of the Office of Admissions, providing professional development and training opportunities to critical front line roles.
