Day Habilitation Program Manager

Arc of Onondaga is looking for a dynamic program manager for one of our day habilitation programs as part of our Community Supports division. Join a forward-thinking team that is reinventing how supports are delivered!

In this role, you'll get to hire, assemble, train and support a team of direct support professionals to deliver the highest quality services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. If you find creative planning and programming rewarding, then we can't wait to hear from you!

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or another related field

• Have minimum of two years of relatable experience

• Combination of education and experience, which, in the judgement of the employer, equals the above standards

• A valid NYS driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier
