Job Summary:

Main responsibilities include greeting patients in GI procedure suite, patient registration, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling procedure appointments, obtaining authorizations for procedure appointments, monitoring incoming faxes, managing duplicating requests, handling mail, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
