Google Customer Engineer and Storytelling Advisor, Google Cloud in São Paulo, Brazil

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role.

  • Experience crafting and delivering stories for audiences, including C-level executives.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and Spanish to interact with the local audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in storytelling or related fields.

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

  • Knowledge of AI and its potential applications across various industries.

  • Understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structures, and persuasive techniques.

  • Familiarity with Cloud products and services.

As a Customer Engineer and Storytelling Advisor, you will partner with solution teams to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help to empower Google Cloud to win strategic agreements and build lasting customer relationships through the power of storytelling. You'll craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, showcasing the transformative potential of Google Cloud, mainly Gen (AI) solutions. In addition, you will also equip your colleagues with the storytelling skills they need to become more effective communicators.

  • Develop and deliver compelling narratives for high-stakes sales presentations, executive briefings, and customer events.

  • Collaborate with sales, innovation, architecture, value advisor, and customer engineering teams to understand the unique needs of each customer and tailor stories that address their specific challenges and aspirations.

  • Conduct in-depth research on key industries to understand their unique challenges, opportunities, and AI adoption landscape.

  • Create a library of AI narratives that can be tailored for specific customer segments and use cases.

  • Foster a culture of storytelling within Google Cloud by sharing best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches.
