We are looking for a Senior Staff HR Business Partner - Investigations to join our HR team reporting to the senior director of Global HRBPs. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment at Infoblox. You'll be part investigation specialist, part strategic partner, and part people champion. You will also thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work to build effective and trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization as our business evolves. You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working closely with an organization's senior leaders to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization. You have strong, effective, and transparent delivery of communication with stakeholders and employees in the organization. What you'll do: Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual agreements related to employee relations Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures to ensure alignment with global labor laws and company values Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, providing guidance and support on various workplace issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and concerns, ensuring thorough and impartial resolution Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and respectful workplace behavior Provide coaching and support to managers on handling employee relations matters effectively and proactively Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and morale Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management, fostering a culture of transparency and trust Identify potential risks and issues related to employee relations and develop strategies to mitigate them Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in employee relations, making recommendations for continuous improvement What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field 10+ years of experience as a hands-on HRBP handling global client groups 10+ years of experience handling complex HR investigations and employee relations situations Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and consulting skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and work in a matrixed environment Outstanding influencing skills-proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization Ability to design and implement HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy Demonstrated ability to work with applications to provide analysis and drive business outcomes, including Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and/or Smartsheet Oracle/Workday or other HRIS/ERP system experience What success looks like: After the first six months, you will...
