Humano is a third-party warehouse provider and we are hiring Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers for 1st and 2nd shift in Taftville, CT. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour based on performance and production. Benefits and referral bonuses are available.

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or until work is complete. (Saturdays required during peak seasons).

• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:45 PM -11:30 PM or until work is complete. (Saturdays required during peak seasons).

  Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Ability to lift 35-51 lbs unassisted

  • Willing to train

  • Prior warehouse or labor experience preferred

  Responsibilities:

  • Unload, receive, load, and pick orders

  • Palletize products and perform general warehouse duties as assigned

  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace

  • Collaborate with team to meet daily goals
