MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
- RespondstocustomerinquiriesviatelephoneoremailtoprovideproblemresolutioninaccordancewiththeOrganization'sservicestandards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Receivesand/orplacestelephonecallswhicharepredominantlyroutine,butmayrequiredeviationfromstandardscreens,scripts,andprocedures.
Answercustomertelephoneinquiries,orders, serviceneedsandcomplaints,respondwhereapplicableordirecttosalesrepresentativesortechnical/serviceareas.
Maintaindetailedandcurrentknowledgeofthecompany'sproductsandservices.
Analyzecustomerserviceneedsforcommunicationtoserviceandtechnicaldepartments.
Requiresabilitytonavigateacomputerizeddataentrysystemorotherrelevantapplications.
