Job Description

A top IT consulting firm is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the state of Florida on an IT Modernization project. The main responsibilities of this technical BA will be to monitor an evaluate software development and system modernization activities for an IT implementation effort. Review test plans for acceptance testing, oversee and assist the team with system changes, participate in development business cases, and interpret stakeholder requirements..

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in CS, IS, or BA

• 3+ years of gathering, documenting and managing business and technical requirements for a system implementation

• 3+ years experience with the analysis, design and development of system implementations

• 3+ years of developing detailed project documentation and presentations

3+ years of assisting customers with development of business cases within application testing and implementation - Government agency experience null
