Your Role

We are looking for a Product Management Specialist to join our team. You will share ownership of several (2-5) internal products in Legal and QSHE.

In collaboration with functional unit stakeholders and our skilled IT teams, you will be driving the development of new solutions, as well as integrating existing solutions within the Kuehne+Nagel landscape. Your responsibilities will include vendor communication, establishing monitoring and reporting systems, setting up support structures, troubleshooting solutions, and migrating to new vendors if necessary.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gain thorough understanding of the QSHE and Legal processes and be able to advise other teams.

  • Contribute to product vision, develop product plans, roadmaps and ensure that everyone involved have a mutual understanding about your journey towards the product vision.

  • Be driven by the KPIs of the products we serve to,

  • Coordinate development and maintenance of systems in responsibility - maintain the product backlog, managing requirements and tasks.

  • Perform requirements engineering and assure quality of developed functionality

  • Be responsible for financial decision-making during the development of a release and/or version of the product

  • Ensure that all features and integrations are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Make sure solutions are compliant with internal IT policies.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 4+ years in IT in Product Management, Project Management, or Analyst roles.

  • Highly motivated and fully engaged in the development of the product.

  • Ability to operate on a detailed level but also see bigger picture.

  • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel.

  • Excellent communicator who can work collaboratively across many roles and functions.

  • Able to develop good relationships with internal customers and third-party suppliers.

  • Experience of presenting complex information in writing and verbally to staff and senior leaders.

  • Experience of leading people is a plus

  • Engineering experience is a plus.
