Job Description: Governance of Tier 1 Regulations, VP

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

The VP for Governance of CBNA-aligned regulations is an experienced regulatory professional who has the skills to interpret, develop policy documents and design controls for certain Tier 1 regulations, with a focus on regulations pertaining to Confidential Supervisory Information. The individual will work in the first line of defense within CBNA's Head Office and should be an attorney or a compliance professional with deep experience in US regulations in particular regulations pertaining to Confidential Supervisory Information. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills required in order to negotiate internally, across various levels of the firm. The role-holder will heavily contribute to the technical strategy of the Tier 1 regulation function within CBNA Head Office as it relates to compliance with Confidential Supervisory Information regulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effectively key stakeholder relationships within Citi so that control design and governance for the Confidential Supervisory Information is optional

  • Implement and run governance forums to oversee Confidential Supervisory Information

  • Lead in the drafting of key updates on Confidential Supervisory Information for senior management

  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory enquiries for Confidential Supervisory Information

  • Track and monitor regulatory issues, regulatory commitments and enforcement actions from onset through conclusion, for Confidential Supervisory Information to ensure appropriate reporting in various senior forums

  • Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way.

  • Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders that are pertinent to Confidential Supervisory Information with key stakeholders.

  • Act as the 'voice' for Confidential Supervisory Regulations

  • Experience in other US regulations an advance (12 CFR 7, OCC HS, S&S Standards, 12 CFR 5 and Regulation Y)

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in regulatory compliance

Education:

  • Attorney or a Compliance Professional in any line of defense

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
