Citigroup Program Management Sr Program Manager in Tampa, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Management Sr Program Manager for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Lead a group of Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Operational Staff, Third Party Management team, Technology team, and Vendor to deliver the entire Document Management Capability for the Citi Legal Department at a global level. Lead and manage efforts to support the overall change management lifecycle, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and management, requirements gathering, process improvement, training, communications, support, and other deliverables related to changes in people, process and technology. Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of, and minimize resistance to, change arising from new business processes, systems, organizational structures, and technology within the Legal Department, with a focus on behavior and communications. Responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing, training, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, and communications plan for Citi Legal in support of the Legal team’s technology transformation initiative which includes the implementation of several systems. Responsible for gathering all information across the Citi Legal community and external vendors or partners required to develop a strategic communications plan, which includes writing, and developing content for all web, print, and electronic collaterals specifically for Legal staff. Develop & execute abovementioned strategies, and monitor the training, communications, and marketing programs in collaboration with Legal Staff and the Training & Communications team. Responsible for all Change Management activities related to the implementation of other systems managed by the Global Legal Solutions Operations within Citi Legal. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Project Management, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must possess eight (8) years of experience with all of the following: Managing project teams, SMEs, Operational Heads, and others for completing projects related to process reengineering and systems implementation; Utilizing project management methodology such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum; Managing IT projects including software development lifecycle and implementation of technology to support business processes; Developing marketing products in applications including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; Administering SharePoint tools including workflows, document libraries, custom lists and libraries, and InfoPath forms; Utilizing knowledge change management strategies to provide support to senior stakeholders and /or other team members; Designing, developing and leading delivery of user training; Converting and translating automation of processes and application enhancements into Business requirement document. 40 hrs./wk. 10% travel required to various and unanticipated domestic and international locations.
