Job Description

A client is looking for a salesforce developer to join their team. This person will be working with the team in gathering requirements and translating them into salesforce specific requirements. They will also be hands on taking the requirements and implementing some as well as passing on some to the offshore team. This person will be doing full stack salesforce development as well as very heavily working with the team and communicating requirements as necessary.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer (DEV-401) Certification or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs at a large organization

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using flows, validation rules, setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards at a large organization

• 2+ years of AWS experience EC2, S3, ECS, Lambdas, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, SES, CodeCommit etc. and proficiency in integration technologies (JSON, REST, SOAP, GraphQL)

• Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and to stakeholders

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application architecture

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Experience with SQL or Redshift and pulling data via queries

• Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.

• Ability to communicate risks and solutions to business owners. - 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and operations experience

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.

• Demonstrative success with at least two large Salesforce custom-build applications.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect or equivalent experience

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
