CNC TECHNICIAN III

OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for the operation of the CNC machine, programming, and design of electrode using CAD-CAM software. To support the fabrication of spare parts, jigs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To do machining using CNC milling of spare parts for tooling and repair projects.

  2. Make parts that conforms to dimensional tolerances as specified in the drawing.

  3. To do programming using CAM programs.

  4. To keep and update inventory on tools, accessories and instrument used on CNC milling machine.

  5. To do machining of jigs and fixtures.

  6. To design electrode using 3D CAD software.

  7. To be responsible of the safety and maintenance of the machines and tools in the tool room especially CNC milling machine.

  8. To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5’S proper teamwork and coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance of the company’s rules and regulation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate or Vocational graduate of any related course (Machining is an advantage)

  • 5+ Years of experience in related field specially as a CNC Programmer

  • Know how to operate YESDA CNC Machine Software, CREO, ZWCAD, and Master CAM

Job Overview

They create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication, for non-technical and technical users.
