Job Description:

SOP Optimization:

1.Analyze current SOPs and propose improvements.

2.Addressing issues with managing overtime and performance evaluation.

3.Design and implement new SOPs to achieve horizontal resource management goals.

4.Ensure all employees understand and adhere to the new SOPs.

Process Improvement:

1.Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

2.Participate in process redesign and optimization projects to achieve lean operations.

3.Track and report improvement results to ensure continuous enhancement.

Automation maintenance and repair:

1.Maintaining and ensuring the normal operation of robots.

2.Material put-away, picking, and stock-take operations, including.

3.AGV system and traditional forklift operations Troubleshooting of G+ automation.

Manage and control:

1.Oversee day-to-day operation.

2.Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

3.Delegate tasks and set deadlines to meet KPI".

4.Assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

5.Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

6.Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

•至少3年倉庫運營或相關領域的工作經驗。
