The Division of Human Resource Management (DHRM) is seeking a Workplace Investigator to join our team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring a respectful work environment across state agencies. You will conduct comprehensive investigations into workplace misconduct, from initial complaints to detailed reports, requiring exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a steadfast commitment to objectivity. You will also conduct engaging training sessions for DHRM employees and stakeholders on workplace investigation fundamentals and best practices.

This position is currently a hybrid of both in-office (2 days a week required) and telework days. Please note, a position's eligibility for telework is established by agency management and is subject to change at their discretion at any time and for any reason. The office is located at: Taylorsville State Office Building (TSOB) 4315 S 2700 W, Taylorsville, UT.

The starting hourly rate for the Human Resource Senior Specialist - Workplace Investigator position is $30 - 40/hr.

Preference may be given to current DHRM employees.
