Required Skills:
Creative Strategist, Tel Aviv Responsibilities:
Continually inspire and work with advertisers to explore new generations of ideas for their DR-focused campaigns on Meta's platforms
Work with diverse, cross-functional teams to refine and scale your creative approaches for maximum impact
Continually work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities
Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, manage projects end-to-end, this is a position for builders
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in creative for performance, gained from working at performance agencies and in-house creative teams in digital native startups, with a focus on performance-focused campaigns/paid social media campaigns (Meta's platforms, TikTok, or YouTube).
Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, have interest in AI for marketing, you understand measurement and are willing to learn new tools

Demonstrated experience in DR (Direct Response) campaigns, including paid acquisition campaigns and performance focused strategies for creative development
Demonstrated skills in building and forming scalable solutions for performance driven markets, with a focus on creating scalable solutions

Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics
High project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
