Job Title: Lease Analyst

Job Description

• Create and perform abstracts for new leases and amendments- complete abstract packages for review.

• Set up and maintain leases in property management software.

• Set up and maintain pass-through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes.

• Calculate rent charges as needed.

• Input cash receipts for monthly rent collections.

• Research and evaluate issues related to tenant accounts, including expenses and budgets.

• Perform invoice reviews and ensure alignment with tenant obligations.

• Produce monthly recurring rent variance reports.

• Perform operating expense preliminary review to ensure calculations are correct.

Full-time permanent position- 4 month contract to hire

Work Site

Hybrid work schedule. In office M-Th every other week (approx 8 days a month).
